We deliver to most parts of India within 2–7 days. While we use reputable couriers and work around the clock to ensure your order reaches in time, Toycart cannot be held responsible for shipping delays due to natural disasters, strikes, bank holidays, or situations beyond our control.

Shipping Charges

All shipping is free. Express delivery charges, if applicable, will be charged as per actuals.

Cancellations

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled or changed once they have been dispatched. Please call +91 9408262959 to cancel the order before dispatch.

Returns & Exchange

Due to hygiene & safety concerns with regards to baby/kids products, Toycart has a strict no exchanges or refunds policy across the website.

This also means that all the products you receive are:

If there is any genuine case for exchange of a product, please contact us at support@toycart.store within 3 days of receiving your order — we will handle these exchanges on a case-by-case basis.

For any approved returns, we process the refund once we receive the product back. Refunds are issued as store credit with lifetime validity.

Damaged Products

If a product arrives damaged, please email support@toycart.store within 3 working days along with images of the damaged product, and we will help you out.
